Making an advanced reservation allows us provide you with the best service possible. Availability of equipment and personnel when you need it can only be guaranteed if we know you are coming. All reservations require a credit card for verification. We prefer an email attachment or fax of our reservation form which can be downloaded below, phone-in reservations are also taken. We do not charge anything to your credit card, and the payment is made before departure for tours and after returning all equipment for a rental. Our cancellation policy is very liberal, and there is never any charge for weather related cancellations.
Walk-up service is available on our scheduled tours & rentals on an as available basis. Specialty and group Tours require a minimum of 7-day advanced notice. Large groups of 12 or more, or special events are serviced at Our Fort Worden location. We suggest a 14-day advanced booking and require a 50% deposit for all large groups and special events.
Our Liability Release forms are available for download below, and can be filled out prior to arrival in order to save time. Minors are required to have these forms signed by a parent or guardian prior to any event. Please use one form per person.
